Shipping policy

• Orders close: 6pm Sydney time, business days
• Order processing time: One (1) business day
• Delivery time:  up to Four (4) business days
• Free Standard Delivery on all Orders

We use Australia Post Standard Post Service and delivery is Free on all Orders

• Addressee must be aged 18+ years and provide the Australia Post driver with valid 18+ Photo ID at time of delivery
• If valid 18+ Photo ID cannot be produced at time of delivery, or no one is home, your order will be taken back to your local Australia Post Office and await your collection with valid 18+ Photo ID. You will receive an SMS notification with these details.
